Know what's in the freezer, use the oldest food first, and restock what's missing.

Empty and sort

• Sort food in small batches
• Identify unlabelled food
• Check food for freezer burn
• Discard unsafe food
• Defrost if iced up
• Wipe the shelves

• Group similar food together
• Put older food at the front
• Label and date everything
• Check freezer temperature
• Update freezer inventory
