Documents

• Passports
• Check passports have six months left
• Visas or travel permits
• Driving licence
• Travel insurance policy and phone number
• GHIC or EHIC card
• Booking confirmations
• Copies of passports saved on your phone

Money

• Bank card that works abroad
• Tell your bank you are travelling
• Some local cash
• Note the emergency number to cancel cards

Health

• Check vaccinations needed for where you are going
• Repeat prescriptions ordered in time
• Medicines in original packaging

Children

• Consent letter if one parent travels alone with the children
• Birth certificates if surnames differ
