Change or delete a plan
How to change a plan, delete it, and choose what happens to a repeating one.
Before you start
You need to be able to edit Plan.

Change a plan
Open Plan, tap the day, then tap the plan. Change what you like, then tap Save. If it repeats, you'll be asked whether to change This event or All events in the series.
2Step 2 of 2
Delete a plan
Tap the cross on its row (Remove), then tap Delete when asked Delete event?. If it repeats, choose This event, This and all following events or All events in the series.
Good to know
- Repeat can be Never, Day, Week, Month (including the last day of the month), Year or Shift. It can end on a date or never. There's no 'after so many times' option.
- A plan that came from someone's Google, Outlook or Apple calendar can only be deleted by the person who connected it.
- Can't change a plan? An admin may have set Plan to View or Hidden for you.
