Help guide Premium
Connect your Outlook Calendar
Connect your Microsoft account once, choose the calendars, and they stay in sync with Petal Home both ways. Personal Microsoft accounts and work or school Microsoft accounts both work.
Before you start
- Connecting calendars is part of Premium. On the free plan, Import a calendar shows a padlock and tapping it explains what Premium includes.
- You can connect one of Google, Outlook or Apple at a time.
- You need to be able to edit the Plan. If you can only view it, these options don't show.
Step by step
Open the Plan tab and tap the round ⋯ button at the top right (More options). This opens Calendar options. Tap Import a calendar.
Under Keep in sync, tap Connect on Outlook Calendar.
Sign in with your Microsoft account. On iPhone this happens inside the app. On Android your browser opens, then brings you back.
Tick the calendars you want, choose Private or Household under Sync into, then tap Connect now.
If it's not working
- "The link timed out": tap Connect again.
- "That Microsoft account is already connected to another Petal account": a Microsoft account can be linked to one Petal account only.
- Using a work or school account and it doesn't finish? Your organisation may need to allow Petal Home, so ask your IT team.
