Forgot your password
How to get back in if you can't remember your password.

Ask for a reset link
On the log in screen, tap Forgot password?. On Reset your password, type your email and tap Send reset link.
2Step 2 of 2
Open the link
Open the email on the phone that has Petal Home and tap the link. It opens Petal Home so you can choose a new password.
Good to know
- You can't change your password or login email while you're signed in. Sign out, then use Forgot password?.
