My iPhone widget is blank or out of date
The Petal Home widgets update from the app on your phone. If one looks empty or out of date, try these.

Open Petal Home
Open the app and make sure you're signed in. The widget updates after the app has been opened, including after you install or update it.

Check what it's showing
If there's nothing on today, the Today widget shows Nothing planned today. The Countdown widget shows No countdowns just now if you haven't got one.

Check the household
The widget shows the household currently open in Petal Home. If you belong to more than one, switch to the one you want in the app.
Good to know
- Signing out empties the widget. It fills again when you sign back in.
- The Countdown widget is part of Premium. Without Premium it shows Countdowns are part of Premium.
- The Today widget shows 3 things in the small size and 4 in the medium, then shows how many more there are.
- The widget only gets new plans when you open Petal Home. At midnight it changes the date but keeps the same rows, so it can show yesterday's plans. If it shows old things, open the app.
- Widgets need iOS 17 or later, and work on iPhone and iPad.
